My name is Mallory Bagwell. I was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and completed my undergraduate education there at Henderson State University. I graduated from NYITCOM at Arkansas State University in 2022. I married my husband Brett in 2016, and we welcomed our son Dawson in 2020. When I am not at work my favorite thing to do is spend time with my two boys. I knew medicine was the right path for me after caring for my late mother as she battled brain cancer and MDS.

I have always wanted to be for my patients the kind of doctor I was so grateful for during her journey. I felt like Conway Regional was filled with the kind of doctors I aspire to be like. When I walked in the door, I recognized a culture of teamwork and genuine community that I had never experienced anywhere else. I truly feel that I am not only growing as a doctor here but as a person. My experiences here have been invaluable, and I am so excited to see what my future holds within the CRHS system!
