Woman Credits Dardanelle Regional Cardiopulmonary Therapy for Helping Her Stay Active
“It’s not your age; it’s how you carry it that’s important,” says the 76-year-old Williams. Two years ago, her COPD worsened after a bout with pneumonia, but she remains active thanks to the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Dardanelle Regional Medical Center.
Pat Williams of Dardanelle loves the simple things in life.
“I love my flowers, hummingbirds, and helping people,” says Williams who remains active despite having constant oxygen assistance 24 hours a day. She works in her flower garden, makes artificial flower arrangements, and helps decorate New Life Outreach Church in Danville.

Curtis, a certified respiratory therapist, sees Williams three times a week for cardiopulmonary therapy. “Keli is just precious. She pulled me through; she’s been there for me. She is very good at what she does,” said Williams.
